Associate Manager - Quality Assurance (Woven Fabric)

Quality Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of woven fabrics during and after the production process to ensure they meet the required quality standards, including visual checks for defects, color consistency, and fabric integrity.

Testing Procedures: Implement and manage testing protocols for non-yarn dyed woven fabrics, including physical and chemical tests such as tensile strength, shrinkage, colorfastness, and pH levels.

Defect Analysis: Identify and document fabric defects, categorizing them by severity and coordinating with production teams to address and rectify issues.

Standards Compliance: Ensure that all products meet internal quality standards as well as industry regulations and customer specifications.

Continuous Improvement: Analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement, working with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

Reporting: Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions, preparing reports for management review and audits.
