1. Financial Planning and Analysis

3. Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, corporate laws, and financial standards.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in financial legislation and accounting practices.

4. Cost Control

• Manage and monitor organizational budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
• Evaluate spending patterns and implement cost-saving measures.

6. Strategic Decision Support

• Provide insights and recommendations for business decisions, mergers, acquisitions, and expansions.
• Participate in financial strategy discussions with senior management.
