Senior Financial Planning Analyst

The senior financial analyst will support and drive our business, working closely with the operations leadership team to guide the business to optimal outcomes. The successful candidate will provide timely decision support using data driven analysis. This role will include a lot of project-based work including the development of new tools and reports.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Using data and analysis to drive business performance
• Creating reports and tools to provide data and analysis
• Annual budget process for assigned regions
• Monthly business reviews, month-end close support, variance analysis
• Monthly forecast support
• Real estate analysis and management of other fixed costs
• Special projects

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or related field

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 3-5 years of strong finance experience including:

• Budgeting and forecasting
• P&L management and assessment of variances
• Creating and using reports
• Investment analysis

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS

• Good communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Excel all MS Office programs
• Experience with QlikView/QlikSense desirable
