Direct To Retail - North and West Regional head

We have two roles open for DTR sales (Direct to Sales)

• North Region
• West Region

DTR West & North

They will be heading West and North region for driving sales of Arvind Fabric through retail channel. Leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and direct interaction with key clients to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for suiting and shirting fabric sales for retail segments, targeting the buyers.
• Build and Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and innovations
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide ongoing training and development for the sales team to enhance their skills and performance

Skills and Qualifications:

• 10-15 years of experience in sales, with a significant portion in the fabric (100% cotton, Poly/wool, Poly/viscose, 100% Linen and others) or textile industry to retail stores
• B. Tech or MBA in Marketing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
