HR Generalist

Training Implementation & Lifecycle Management:

• Coordination and delivery of training programs across different departments/Divisions/Group Companies ensuring smooth execution and alignment with company goals.
• Development of training materials and content, as well as the scheduling of training sessions.
• Tracking the progress of training programs and ensure all training activities are documented and completed within the established timelines.

Training Program Effectiveness & Reporting:

• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs by collecting feedback from participants and stakeholders.
• Prepare basic reports on training outcomes, including attendance, feedback, and engagement levels.
• Help identify areas for improvement and contribute to making training programs more effective.

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:

• Administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, enrollments, and tracking employee progress.
• Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers in using the LMS and resolve any issues related to training access or content.
• Help monitor the accuracy and completeness of training records in the system.

Vendor Management:

• Coordination of external vendors by ensuring timely delivery of resources and materials.
• Help maintain positive relationships with external partners to ensure smooth service delivery.

Wellness Initiatives:

• Planning and promotion of wellness programs and activities aimed at improving employee health and well-being.
• Help track participation and provide support for wellness initiatives, such as wellness challenges, workshops, or health awareness campaigns.
• Arrange Communication and engagement efforts for wellness programs across the organization.

Business Partnering:

• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand training needs and assist in the development of tailored learning solutions.
• Gathering feedback from employees and managers regarding training needs and development opportunities.
• Overall learning strategy by contributing insights and ideas from various business units.
