Recruitment of skilled Manpower and Joining Process
- Preparing various registers and complying various legal procedures online/offline based upon applicability like PF/ESI/LWF etc.
- Submission of various legal forms & challans on time.
- Checking & verifying workmen attendance, overtime & salary to be processed on time with accuracy.
- Prior checking & verification of Canteen Data before sending to accounts.
- Supporting role in shop floor’s housekeeping and Safety
- Basic Understanding of QEHS (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety) will be preferred
- Periodical checkup of estate comprises of shop floor offices and ensures smoother working.
- Ensures an end to end smoother operation with various contractors involves preparing indents to payment.
- Basic Understanding of QEHS (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety) will be preferred
