Job Title: Personal & Event Cook

Location: Gurgaon (Founder's Residence & Farmhouse)

Job Type: Full-Time / On-Call for Events

Reports To: Founder / House Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Cook to handle daily meals at the founders residence and cater to exclusive farmhouse parties in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate must be proficient in multiple cuisines (Indian, Continental, Asian, Mediterranean, etc.), maintain the highest hygiene standards, and be experienced in cooking for both intimate home dining and large-scale gatherings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality meals tailored to the founder’s and guests' preferences.
• Cook for daily household needs as well as farmhouse parties and social gatherings.
• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen.
• Create diverse, seasonal menus incorporating fresh and high-quality ingredients.
• Ensure timely meal preparation for household members and guests.
• Present food aesthetically and professionally for both casual and formal settings.
• Manage kitchen inventory, sourcing ingredients, and coordinating with vendors.
• Adapt to dietary restrictions and special requests as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cook in a private household, luxury hotel, or high-end catering.
• Expertise in multiple cuisines (Indian, Asian, Continental, Mediterranean, etc.).
• Ability to handle both daily meals and large-scale party catering.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene and food safety protocols.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing meal preferences.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with household staff and event planners.
• Flexibility in work hours, especially during events and gatherings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a private residence, luxury villa, or fine-dining setup.
• Culinary certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with modern cooking techniques and plating styles.
