Designation: Senior-level Architect
Experience: 10-12 years, from a reputed college (minimum 8 years of core experience in building architecture with high-end residential interiors)
Reporting To: Head of Department
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Location: Gurgaon

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:
• Plan and manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely completion.
• Prepare project flow, estimates, BOQ, BOM, and finishing schedules.
• Periodic site reviews for quality assurance and adherence to timelines.
2. Design and Development:
• Develop concepts, 3D designs, and presentations.
• Create mood boards, technical drawings, and documentation.
• Innovate new products and solutions in timber architecture.
3. Leadership and Team Management:
• Guide junior team members and foster a collaborative environment.
• Ensure team alignment with organizational objectives.
4. Client Interaction:
• Handle high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with project goals.

Skills and Software Proficiency:

• AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp (3D), and MS Office.
