Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-17 years of experience as a Head Chef/Chef/Cook in catering or restaurant industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of North Indian cuisine with ability to create innovative dishes.
  
• Excellent leadership skills to manage a team effectively.
  
• Ability to work well under pressure during peak hours or special events.
• Create and modify menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

• Develop new recipes and innovative dishes to keep the menu exciting and fresh.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations in corporate events and catering.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in training junior kitchen staff and help them improve culinary skills.
• Hands on experience in bulk cooking with Boiler experience.
