Primary Skills:

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations across all business functions, ensuring maximum efficiency, streamlined processes, and optimal resource utilization.

- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with the C-suite to develop and execute comprehensive business strategies that align with the company's long-term objectives and growth targets.

- Cross-functional Management: Lead and manage finance, operations, marketing, and business development teams to ensure seamless integration and achievement of company goals.

- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and strategic stakeholders to maintain and grow the company's business pipeline.

- Business Development: Identify new opportunities for business growth, driving innovation and expansion into new markets and service areas.

- Financial Management: Ensure financial performance meets company goals, developing and implementing strategies for profitability and long-term sustainability.

- Global Expansion: Explore and execute growth opportunities in local and international markets, leveraging market insights to stay competitive.

- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative, high-energy, and results-driven culture.

Requirements:

- Leadership Experience: 5+ years of senior leadership experience within top-tier advertising, media, or marketing agencies such as Havas, Publicis, WPP, GroupM, Dentsu, or Madison World.

- Track Record of Success: Proven ability to drive substantial business growth and operational excellence across diverse business units.

- Industry Knowledge: Deep expertise in media, advertising, and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies.

- Strategic Vision: Ability to think critically and strategically, translating high-level objectives into actionable business plans.

- Exceptional Communication Skills: Adept at building relationships and communicating effectively with C-level executives, clients, and cross-functional teams.

- Operational Expertise: Strong experience in managing large-scale operations and delivering against key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Client Management: Skilled in maintaining and growing relationships with top-tier clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
