Screening and Selection : Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone or video interviews, and shortlisting candidates who meet the job criteria. Interviewing : Coordinating and conducting in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization. Candidate Assessment : Administering assessments and tests to evaluate candidates' abilities and potential fit for the role. Candidate Experience : Ensuring a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process, including timely communication and feedback. Offer Negotiation and Onboarding : Extending job offers, negotiating terms, and assisting with the onboarding process for selected candidates.
