Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Directly own recruitment for senior to mid-level roles: - Directly be responsible for hiring for leadership and senior/mid roles. Be able to head-hunt such talent and convince them to explore the opportunity with CashKaro. Also, work on building a pipeline of such talent by regularly connecting with industry leaders
  2. Build best in class hiring processes - To complete own and optimize the hiring process. From sourcing, building pipelines, managing ATS solutions, running daily stand-ups, ensuring hiring managers are trained, etc.
  3. Own the Employer Branding Strategy - You need to own and define the strategy for employer branding. How does the potential talent pool of 10,000 candidates across India know about CashKaro + EarnKaro and why we are such a good employer
  1. Data Driven Strategy- Make data-driven choices and assess the success of recruiting campaigns by utilizing analytics and data to pinpoint problem areas. (Time to Fill, Cost/Hire, Source, Offer Acceptance Rate, Diversity Metrics, Recruitment Cost Ratio etc.)
  1. Stakeholder Management
  2. Your primary focus will be to recruit for our Non tech roles, depending on business needs
  3. Ensure a high touch candidate experience from beginning to end while owning full life cycle responsibilities
  4. Partner closely with Human Resources, Hiring Managers, Business Operations teams and all levels of leadership to present hiring recommendations and close candidates
  5. Effectively collaborate with our highly effective team of HR Operations and HR Coordinators
  6. Ensure excellent Hit ratio from offer to joining with great candidate engagement pattern
  7. Publishing Weekly Hiring Updates to all Hiring parties for roles assigned
Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong hiring experience on mid to senior roles most important to us
  • Strong communication skills: Should have very strong spoken and written communication. At a senior TA role, we need to head-hunt top talent and explain very clearly why CashKaro is the right opportunity for them.
  • Strong knowledge on hiring process
  • Strong understanding of hiring portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, iimjobs, updazz, and other job boards
  • Should align with our Core Cultural Aspects - Husle, Ownership, Hunger to learn and self-improvement, and Show respect
Good to have skills:

  • For roles the candidate has worked on, they should have database of top candidates
  • Application Tracking System - FreshTeams / Workday / BrassRing / CornerStone /TurboHire
  • Preferably to have analytical abilities and past experience to preparing Weekly Dashboard on Hiring standpoint.
