Position Overview:
- We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our expanding team.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to our transition to a solution-based business.
- This role offers the opportunity to work with innovative products in various industries, including automation, instrumentation, and industrial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales process across different regions (South, East, Delhi & NCR, Lucknow, etc.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions for complex industrial applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and recommendations for strategic growth.
- Report on sales performance, targets, and projections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-6 years of experience in sales, with a focus on industrial products or solutions.
- Proven track record in managing regional sales and achieving targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
