Sales Manager - IT Vertical
Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership & Coaching: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of IT sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and exceeding sales targets.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the IT product/service portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- B2B Sales Expertise: Leverage your in-depth understanding of B2B IT sales to identify and target key decision-makers within the industry.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored IT solutions.
- Sales Automation & Data Analysis: Utilize sales automation tools and data analytics to optimize sales processes, track performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to navigate complex challenges and drive successful sales outcomes.
- Competitive Market Advantage: Develop winning sales strategies and negotiations to secure deals in a competitive IT sales landscape.
Qualifications:
- Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years of proven success in a managerial role within the IT industry.
- B2B IT Sales Focus: Experience and success in B2B IT sales is highly preferred.
- Tech-Savvy & Analytical: Familiarity with sales automation tools and data analytics to optimize your sales strategies.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and coach your sales team to achieve goals.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to navigate complex sales challenges effectively.
- Competitive Drive: A track record of exceeding sales targets and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive market
