Full Stack Developer - Zoho CRM/OutSystems Apps (5-10 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

Application Development :

- Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on low-code platforms such as Zoho and OutSystems.

- Lead full-stack development projects focusing on backend logic, data workflows, and user-friendly front-end components.

- Build and maintain data analytics and IoT mobile applications tailored to diverse industrial use cases.

Technical Expertise :

- Utilize SDKs, APIs, and third-party integrations to create efficient applications.

- Design solutions for IoT, predictive analytics, real-time monitoring, asset management, and customer management.

- Integrate various APIs (SOAP, REST) and SDKs to ensure seamless system interoperability.

Industry Collaboration :

- Work closely with clients in Oil & Gas, utilities, construction, and related sectors to address unique technical challenges.

- Participate in strategy sessions, identifying opportunities to drive innovation.

Technical Leadership :

- Stay updated on emerging IoT and industrial trends, adopting new technologies.

- Lead internal and external technical presentations, fostering technology awareness and promoting innovative capabilities.

Project Support :

- Draft technical proposals, support RFPs, and conduct customer-facing presentations.

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in low-code platforms such as Zoho and OutSystems.

- Expertise in mobile app development using Flutter and tools like Zoho Analytics.

- Strong command of web technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

- Backend expertise in PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, and cloud integration.

- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, including Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud/on-premises deployments.

- Understanding of industrial protocols like Modbus, BACnet, OPC UA.

- Strong skills in RESTful APIs, JSON, and web protocols.

- Knowledge of data analytics tools for dashboard creation and KPI tracking.
