Project Manager

Job Responsibilities -

You have the technical skillset to talk and work closely with our engineers/Vendors and management.

- Designers will become your best friends, and you love to build products for diverse users

- You will write specs, manage project execution, A/B test, UI/UX wireframe, and define product roll-out strategy

- Process, review and interpret large bodies of qualitative and quantitative data on customer usage patterns to uncover new product insights

- Work with engineering, design and marketing teams to plan, build and launch high quality product experiences that simplify the way people work together

- You will work with business & customers in formulating vision, roadmap, and goals for a suit of product

-Create designs for technical solutions to resolve business problems and try out components of new systems for efficiency.

- Reach out to clients and project leaders/Department in the course of work in order to identify and evaluate user and business requirements. -Understanding of systems engineering concepts. - Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups. - Business change and software implementations tend to go hand-in-hand.

- Understanding the needs of multiple departments.

- Requirement gathering (BRD) by senior business and technology stakeholders and deliver high quality functional documents

- Work closely with the development, testing and implementation teams to roll-out important regulatory and business improvement programs

- Proficient with documentation and analysis techniques and tools (MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio) etc.

Required experience-

- You can analyse and use data to inform decisions

- You have a deep understanding and empathy for users

- You have launched multiple successful products and features, preferably on multiple platforms (iOS, Android, desktop, and web) on Trading environment.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

-Project management experience.

-Knowledge of multiple Financial Applications.

-Knowledge of software development project lifecycle.

-Knowledge of business process reengineering.

-Knowledge of business modelling concepts. -Excellent analytical skills.
