Job Description: ERP Functional Consultant

Position Overview:

Absolute ERP seeks an ERP Functional Consultant to oversee client projects from gathering requirements to successful implementation. The role involves working closely with Sales Teams to ensure client's business needs are met efficiently through ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Demonstrations: Conduct ERP software demonstrations for new clients and collaborate with the Sales Team.
• Requirement Analysis: Perform system analysis to determine customer needs and ensure effective ERP software adaptation.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed conceptual design documents, including flow diagrams, SRS (Software Requirements Specification), and gap analysis reports.
• Customization: Develop customer-specific applications and functions within the ERP software to meet unique business requirements.
• User Training: Provide comprehensive user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of ERP software.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of ERP systems and their implementation processes.
• Must have experience working on projects in the manufacturing and production industry.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Pre-Sales and Sales.
