ODOO Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Odoo ERP implementations in the auto retail industry.
2. Configuration and Customization: Customize and configure Odoo ERP modules to meet the unique needs of auto retail businesses, including inventory management, sales, procurement, and CRM.
3. System Implementation: Lead or assist in the implementation of Odoo ERP solutions, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
4. User Training: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use Odoo ERP software for their daily tasks.
5. Business Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize business processes within auto retail organizations to maximize the benefits of Odoo ERP.
6. Data Migration: Manage data migration from legacy systems to Odoo ERP, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
7. Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Odoo ERP with other systems and third-party applications used in the auto retail sector.
8. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Odoo ERP configurations, processes, and customizations.
9. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance services to clients, including troubleshooting issues and implementing updates.
10. Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo ERP developments, best practices, and trends in the auto retail industry to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an ERP Functional Consultant, with specific expertise in Odoo ERP.
• Knowledge of auto retail industry processes and requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in software configuration and customization.
• Experience with data migration and system integration.
• Certification in Odoo ERP would be a plus.

Additional Information:

• Travel may be required to meet with clients or for on-site project work.
