Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, addressing their staffing needs promptly.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand and anticipate future hiring requirements.
- Work closely with recruiting teams to prioritize and close IT positions quickly and effectively.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, including requirement gathering, screening, interviewing, and negotiation.
- Ensure a high rate of closure for niche and high-demand IT roles, meeting or exceeding client SLAs.
- Address challenges in the hiring process proactively to ensure timely delivery of resources.
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts by understanding client pain points and proposing tailored staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to acquire new accounts and generate additional revenue streams.
- Present IT staffing capabilities and performance metrics to prospective clients during meetings or pitches.
- Coordinate with recruiters, delivery managers, and sourcing teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Provide constructive feedback to recruiting teams to improve candidate sourcing and screening processes.
- Monitor and manage recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, submission-to-hire ratio).
