Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

1. Finance Knowledge:
   
• Understand and analyze the financial details that contribute to the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statement of the Company.
• Responsibilities:
• Payment terms
• Discount structure
• MOQ decision
2. Implementing Strategies:
   
• Understand company strategies, consider market realities, fine-tune, and implement strategies for better results.
• Responsibilities:
• Delivery schedule
• Freight charges
• Inspection at factory
3. Managing Channel Partners:
   
• Review, monitor, and plan the development of Channel Partners through training and feedback. Establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Responsibilities:
• Despatch as per credit availability
• Product mix
4. Being Proactive:
   
• Anticipate concerns and challenges of customers and channel partners, providing solutions before problems arise.
• Responsibilities:
• Despatch in lots
• Despatch at site
• Despatch in cut length
5. Market Knowledge:
   
• Anticipate market changes to proactively equip the team.
• Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular team meetings for feedback and sharing market knowledge
6. Team Development Skills:
   
• Identify the strengths and weaknesses of the team, developing them to achieve both current and future results.
• Responsibilities:
• Monitor, guide, and direct team members
7. Building Relationships:
   
• Measure and build relationships with customers, channel partners, influencers, and other stakeholders.

• Organize meets for Contractors, Builders, Consultants, and Government departments
