Area Sales Manager-Bangalore

Hi,

We are hiring for Area Sales Manager for Bangalore location.

Expereince Required- 5 Years to 10 Years

Location- Bangalore

Job Profile-

1. Deploy sales targets to channel partners, help and guide the team to realize the sales targets by deploying the same to channel partners.

2. Daily, weekly and monthly sales follow-up with channel partners and key retailers to keep track of sales and ensure corrective measures are taken in time.

3. Strong control on receivables and outstanding payments.

4. Identification and appointment of new Channel Partners as per channel expansion policy.

5. Ability to manage good relations with channel partners and keep them motivated to participate and deliver high growth objectives in business.

6. Align the channel partners actions in line with the strategy of Endurance Aftermarket and operate within business policy of Aftermarket.

7. Keep assessing the channel health and take corrective actions in consultation with reporting manager.

Implementation of marketing initiatives in the assigned area.
