System Engineer

We are looking for an experienced System Engineer with a deep understanding of BPO operations, remote workforce infrastructure, and cloud-based environments. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in network security, data compliance, and cloud management for work-from-home setups, specifically within a BPO setting. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and hands-on experience in IT operations, enabling seamless and secure operations across remote teams.

Responsibilities WFH Cloud Setup and BPO Operations:

1. Design and implement secure, scalable cloud-based infrastructures tailored to a remote BPO environment.
2. Collaborate with leadership to establish work-from-home technology requirements, ensuring seamless connectivity and security.
3. Implement data security protocols and compliance measures across remote environments, addressing specific BPO needs.

IT Infrastructure Management:

1. Oversee server and network configurations, managing updates and troubleshooting to support business requirements.
2. Manage Office 365, Google Workspace, and other collaboration tools to ensure effective integration and user support.
3. Develop and manage backup and recovery strategies, including regular testing for data integrity.

Technical Support & Team Leadership:

1. Lead a technical support team, mentoring team members to ensure timely issue resolution.
2. Implement and manage support processes, including ticketing systems, knowledge base management, and customer support best practices.

Security and Compliance:

1. Work closely with the security team to enforce security best practices across remote operations.
2. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in IT and cloud operations for BPO-specific requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations, work-from-home environments, and cloud-based infrastructures(with a focus on BPO will be preferable) is required.
3. Expertise in Office 365 and Google Workspace administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
4. Demonstrated experience with data security, compliance, and regulatory standards in a BPO setting.
5. Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical support teams.
6. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent) preferred.
