The Role :
Senior Manager will lead the implementation of business intelligence tools, including Power BI, dashboards, and SAP SuccessFactors, to help our clients and internal teams make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Implementation & Integration :
- Lead the implementation of Power BI, dashboards, and SAP SuccessFactors modules, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring smooth integration with other systems.
- Work with HR, IT, and business teams to integrate SAP SuccessFactors with existing enterprise systems to enhance data flow and reporting capabilities.
2. Project Management :
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of BI and HR system implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to understand reporting needs and ensure that BI and HR system solutions are aligned with business goals.
4. Tool Governance & Best Practices :
- Establish best practices for Power BI dashboard design, data visualization, and SuccessFactors usage.
- Ensure data governance standards are followed, including ensuring compliance with security and privacy regulations, particularly for HR data.
5. Continuous Improvement & Optimization :
- Continuously monitor the performance and usage of implemented tools, collecting feedback to drive improvements.
- Recommend enhancements to existing dashboards, reporting frameworks, and HR system modules based on feedback and evolving business needs.
Skills Required :
- Experience in tool implementation, business intelligence, or HR systems, with at least 2-3 years managing/leading projects in Power BI and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience implementing Power BI, dashboard design, and integrating BI tools with enterprise systems.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and Learning Management modules.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and SQL.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in data governance and security best practices.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, HRIS, or a related field.
- Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified : Data Analyst Associate, SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in tool implementation, business intelligence, or HR systems
