Job Description
Senior Associate | Commercial Litigation and Arbitration
Practices Commercial Litigation and Arbitration
Experience 6 to 7 years

Requirement RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful applicant should have:
Represent clients in commercial litigation matters before various courts and tribunals.
Draft and review arbitration agreements, statements of claim, and other related documents.
Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Prepare and present cases before courts and arbitration panels
Provide strategic advice to clients on court and arbitration-related matters.
Essential Criteria:
Qualified LLB from a premier law school in India or abroad (qualified to work in India).
At least 6 years of demonstrated success in working with Central Government or State Government or Courts or Tribunals or Autonomous bodies.
Drive for technical superiority by staying abreast of developments in the law and be the go-to subject matter expert.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of attention to detail.
