Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time Associate role located on-site in Mu mbai . The Associate will be responsible for conducting legal research, independantly handling litigation and arbitration matters, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and providing legal advice across various practice areas. The role includes liaising with clients, preparing case briefs, and representing the firm in legal proceedings. Additionally, the Associate will collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for client cases and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
THE APPLICANT SHOULD BE MUMBAI BASED, i.e., BORN, BROUGHT-UP, and EDUCATED IN MUMBAI!
Qualifications
Experience in legal research, drafting, and reviewing legal documents
Experience in Insolvency and Real Property laws shall be a plus point
Strong understanding of civil procedures, High Court and City Court Rules, commercial laws, dispute resolution, and basic knowledge of criminal litigation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor s degree in law (LLB or equivalent) and admission to the Bar Council
Proven track record of handling client communication and case management
