Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirements Gathering:
a. Elicit, document, and validate business requirements for HR application
integration projects.
b. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand their needs and
objectives.
c. Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases.
2. Process Analysis:
a. Analyse existing HR processes to identify areas for improvement and
integration opportunities.
b. Develop process flow diagrams and documentation.
c. Identify potential risks and challenges associated with integration
projects.
3. Data Mapping:
a. Map data elements between HR systems and other applications.
b. Ensure data integrity and consistency throughout the integration
process.
4. Integration Testing:
a. Develop and execute test cases to verify the accuracy and functionality
of integrations.
5. Collaborate with technical teams to identify and resolve integration issues.
Qualifications:
Education: Master degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Information
Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 7-10 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or
a related role.

3. Proficiency in business process modelling, data analysis, and project
management tools (e.g., MS Excel, Visio, Jira).

UKG Ready, etc. and familiarity with related APIs.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
