Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Managing all aspects of administrating the article and issue workflow
- Communicating with authors and editors about routine corrections and queries
- Chasing authors for proof corrections
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with academic editors through supportive communication and practical guidance.
- Understanding individual journal requirements in the context of the clients guidelines
- Escalate queries to the In-House PE when additional guidance is needed to resolve an issue.
- Need to ensure that defects are logged appropriately and RCAs are analyzed, in accordance with the standard departmental process.
