Project Manager

• Managing the complete life cycle of the project starting from receiving the project, sending format to the composition team, monitoring the execution and ensuring with timely manner with quality.
• Interacting with the Clients on a daily basis.
• Handing project queries.
• Keeping the client updated about the status of the projects through live teams.
• Participate in Schedule discussions, Creation and maintenance of schedule in Smart sheets.
• Participate in trouble shooting.
• Organizing the project inputs for smooth execution of the project for operation.
• Implementation of internal project procedures.
• Organizing project launch meeting with client and production teams.
• Be a bridge between the client and the production team.
• Tracking the project throughout the project lifecycle.
• Preparation of cost and budget reports to share with client on regular defined.
• Set up weekly status meetings with the client and gather agendas from different parties for the needs of the project.
• Prepare and circulate minutes of the meeting right after the meeting.
• Should have experience working in Google Docs/sheets and Smart sheets
• Coordinate/manage internal vendor team.
