Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Managing all aspects of administrating the article and issue workflow
• Communicating with authors and editors about routine corrections and queries
• Chasing authors for proof corrections
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with academic editors through supportive communication and practical guidance
• Understanding individual journal requirements in the context of the clients guidelines Escalate queries to the In-House PE when additional guidance is needed to resolve an issue.
• Need to ensure that defects are logged appropriately and RCAs are analyzed, in accordance with the standard departmental process.
