HR Executive / Sr. HR Executive ( Preferred Male Candidate)

SpearheadedRole & responsibilities

• Pre-joining and post-joining formalities Offer, reference Check, candidate connect, onboarding/induction, signing an employment contract.
• Monitor internal HR systems and databases.
• Manage the entire employee life cycle - Enhancing workforce retention, probation assessment, confirmation, PDP & PIP, managing disciplinary actions, and termination processes, managing risk, ensuring staff wellness, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Implement company policies- Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures.
• Monitor key HR metrics - detailed reports on HR Matrix Manpower, Employee Attrition.
• Address employees queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations)
• Develop and communicate positive employee relations strategies and retention initiatives that foster and promote a culture of excellence.
• Provide a hands-on approach to monitoring employee motivation to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
• Provide administrative support in the companys day-to-day operations
• Serve as the lead point of contact for things related to administrative and human resources inquiries of IN team members.

Skills & Requirements

• Computer literate MS Office: V-lookup, Pivot, Mail Merge
• Excellent Communication - Written, Spoken
