Job Description:

Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

• This role is responsible to attract and select the best-in-class talent from our target industry segments.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards.
• Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes; identify key sourcing channels; develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, effectively gathering research, making direct calls, networking, leveraging relevant social media and employee referrals
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Assess the applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitude.
• Coordinate with the interviewers for interview scheduling and feedback.
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. strong partnerships with the HR team, relevant stakeholders and recruiters.
• Responsible for effectively communicating the employer brand with potential talent and forging.
• Manage to recruit initiatives and projects to meet established goals and improve the candidate, new hire, hiring manager, recruiter experience and onboarding experience to the candidate.
• Establish and develop effective working relationships with all stakeholders, including working closely with Senior Leadership.
• Delivering the targeted objectives and effectively implementing the TA strategy and Priorities.
• Coaching and Mentoring team members to ensure the team meets targets per process.

Skills:

• Strong management skills to perform planning, budgeting, directing, reporting, and administrative responsibilities.
• Proficient team handling and interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills and problem-solving aptitude.
• Must be familiar with various job portals.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, the Internet, and computer aptitude.
• Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) will be an added advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management.
