Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team as an Indirect Taxation Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling cases and litigation related to indirect taxes, ensuring compliance, and providing expert advice on tax matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Indirect Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable indirect tax laws and regulations, including GST, VAT, excise, and customs duties.
• Litigation Management: Handle tax litigation matters, including drafting submissions, and representing the company in tax assessments, appeals, and other legal proceedings.
• Tax Advisory: Provide expert advice on indirect tax matters, including tax planning and risk management.
• Case Handling: Manage and resolve indirect tax disputes, including preparing and presenting cases before tax authorities and appellate bodies.
• Tax Audits: Conduct and coordinate tax audits and assessments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely responses to tax authorities.

Qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Min 5 Experience in indirect taxation, including handling cases and litigation

In-depth knowledge of GST, VAT, etc

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills
