Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning Initiation:

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

1. Team Coordination Management:

• Assemble, lead, and manage cross-functional project teams.
• Foster effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and management.

1. Execution Delivery:

• Oversee project execution to ensure milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Ensure the team has the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

1. Monitoring Reporting:

• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project documentation, status updates, and final reports to stakeholders.

1. Agile Practices:

• Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile processes and removing impediments.
• Collaborate as a Product Owner to ensure alignment of deliverables with client expectations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the IT industry.
• Proven expertise as a Scrum Master and Product Owner.
• Prior experience working as a Developer or Business Analyst is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and team coordination.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT services, industry standards, and emerging trends.

Skills :

• Communication for cross-functional coordination and stakeholder updates.
• Expertise in planning and scheduling using tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
