HR Generalist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and intellectual HR Generalist with exceptional communication skills to join our IT company. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, a solid understanding of HR practices, and the ability to manage diverse HR responsibilities effectively. A postgraduate degree (MBA) is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and ensuring timely resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
• Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
• Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Maintain HR records, including employee details and attendance.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries related to HR policies and practices.
• Collaborate with management to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• MBA in Human Resources or a related field (mandatory)
• Candidates from re known colleges like Chitkara University, Delhi University , Punjab University will be at advantage.
• 3 to 8 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in an IT company.
• Strong academic background with a minimum of 80% aggregate in graduation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
