Junior Business Development Executive

Note - This role is for Night shift - 7:30pm to 4:30am IST Timing

We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and business development, specifically within the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in learning how to drive business growth, build relationships with clients, and contribute to the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Assist in identifying potential clients, establishing relationships, and developing new business opportunities in the US staffing industry.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging demands in the IT staffing space to enhance business development strategies.
• Lead Generation: Support the team in generating new leads by identifying key decision-makers and building a pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calls, and social media.
• Vendor Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to explore collaboration opportunities for staffing solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment teams to understand client requirements and help align business development strategies with recruitment processes.
• Reporting & Documentation: Track and maintain records of client interactions, sales leads, and business development progress to support growth strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Up to 6 months of experience or internships in business development, sales, or client management, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in business development within the US staffing industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking skills with an ability to build relationships with clients and vendors.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the business development space.
