Job Description:-

We are looking for an infrastructure engineer who is detail-oriented, proficient with technologies and hardware, and who flourishes in high-pressure environments. Infrastructure engineers generally work with numerous software programs, clients, and other technical staff, and often need to do field analysis and maintenance. Their responsibilities include upgrading and improving operating environments, creating repair strategies, and providing technical support and training for users.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Architect, supervise and participate in the implementation of technologies and platforms supporting a complex corporate data and voice infrastructure.
• Ensure high availability of enterprise voice and data platforms that support internal employee business functions and external customer contact.
• Assist with planning and implementing systems and network integrations following M&A activity.
• Document the design, operation and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and remediate High level issues impacting the operation of the corporate voice and data infrastructure.
• Liaise with multiple vendors and stakeholders in resolving problems in the rolling out of new applications and ensuring that project delivery is on time.
• Ensuring operating environments stay safe and secure, Updating any software and hardware where necessary.
• Vendor escalation for desktops/laptop hardware purchases, repairs, or software troubleshooting.
• Maintain and review IT documentation, covering infrastructure, inventory, service subscriptions and contracts.
• Support, review & liaise with end users on the implementation of an IT governance framework, policies, systems, and infrastructure to ensure compliance and alignment with guidelines.
• Provide input for annual IT requirements planning and budgeting, Involve and conduct regular system audits for IT effectiveness, efficiency, and security.
• Analyze & evaluate system & users requirements and make recommendations for IT upgrades.
• Proactively propose suggestions to improve IT systems and operations and identify acquisition opportunities of innovations for the organization.
• As part of the digital transformation initiative, work with external service providers to implement new applications, projects, or upgrades.

Skills Required:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in IT discipline, computer engineering or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management or a related role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead position
• Knowledgeable of best practices in general IT and end-user support.
• Self-motivated, proactive, meticulous, and adaptable to fast changes.
• Good communication skills and a team player, prioritize tasks effectively and able to work well under pressure.
• Able to explore new ideas and innovation; and, partner with key teams across the organization to deliver effective IT solutions.
• Able to work both as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision, with reasonably good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work with external parties (stakeholders, external parties, vendors, and service providers) to deliver results through collaboration, partnerships, and services.
