Junior Bench Sales Recruiter

Position Overview:

We seek a motivated and enthusiastic Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for recruitment and a desire to grow in the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and develop skills in sourcing, recruiting, and placing IT consultants, particularly those on the bench.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bench Sales Recruitment: Help source, recruit, and place IT consultants currently on the bench, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Vendor Management: Support the team in building relationships with vendors and helping facilitate placement opportunities for bench resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Up to 6 months of experience or internships in recruitment, sales, or business development, preferably within the staffing industry.
• Eagerness to learn about the IT staffing domain and develop recruitment skills.
