Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  
• Conduct initial screening calls with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
  
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring timely scheduling and communication.
  
• Manage candidate pipeline by tracking progress, updating status reports, and following up on offers extended.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions using our ATS system.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in bench sales or US recruitment.
  
• Strong understanding of IT staffing industry trends and market demands.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
