Bench Sales Executive / Recruiter


Job Location: Kalkaji, South Delhi


Work from office only


US Shift: 7pm to 4am


Experience: 2 - 7


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bench sales, sourcing, and placing consultants within the IT industry, primarily focusing on selling bench resources to clients, managing relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bench Sales & Resource Management:
    Manage and market bench consultants to potential clients, including identifying opportunities with staffing agencies, end clients, and vendors.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver quality resources that match their requirements.
  • Lead Generation & Cold Calling:
    Source and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships to secure new business for bench sales.
  • Consultant Placement:
    Understand client requirements and match them with suitable consultants from the companys bench pool. Ensure timely and successful placements while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Contract Negotiation & Documentation:
    Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring competitive rates and mutually beneficial agreements. Oversee the documentation process, including contracts and terms of agreement.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis:
    Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and potential job openings to proactively address opportunities for bench consultants.
  • Team Collaboration:
    Work closely with the recruiting team to identify new talent for the bench pool and collaborate with internal teams to optimize consultant placement strategies.
  • Reporting & Metrics:
    Track and report key performance metrics, including placement rates, client feedback, and business development success, to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    2+ years of experience in bench sales recruitment, IT staffing, or a similar sales-driven recruiting role.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of the IT staffing industry, technologies, and skill sets in demand.
  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and maintain client relationships.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities:
    Ability to think critically and find creative solutions for staffing challenges.
  • Negotiation Skills:
    Experience in negotiating contracts, rates, and terms with clients and consultants.
  • Sales Orientation:
    Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of closing deals and generating revenue.
  • Team Player:
    Collaborative, able to work closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the success of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of current IT trends and technologies.
