L1 Technical Support Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Install and configure hardware and software
• Manage networks and servers
• Help users connect to video conferencing applications
• Assist users with software and hardware installation
• Provide remote support
• Answer technical questions
• Create network diagrams and documentation
• Maintain a knowledge base of troubleshooting guides and best practices

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of system security, data backup, and recovery
• Hands-on experience with networking, routing, and switching
• Experience with major corporate systems
• Experience with print management solutions
• Experience with audiovisual facilities, video conferencing, and microphones

Support methods phone, email, callout, remote tools, chat, and screen sharing.
