Responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, and manage VMware virtual environments.

- Collaborate with IT teams to assess and recommend virtualization strategies.

- Troubleshoot and resolve VMware infrastructure issues promptly and efficiently.

- Implement and optimize backup and disaster recovery solutions.

- Monitor and maintain performance levels of virtual machines and hosts.

- Conduct training sessions for client teams on VMware operations and best practices.

- Stay updated with new VMware technologies and enhancements to propose innovations.

Requirements :

- Proven experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, and related products.

- Strong understanding of networking concepts and storage management.

- VMware certifications (e.g., VCP, VCAP) are highly desirable.

- Experience with automation tools such as PowerCLI or Terraform.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
