Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute engaging onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from pre-boarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Manage ESOP allocations, tracking, and related processes.
- Oversee and maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS system (Keka).
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports for key HR metrics (attrition, headcount, performance).
- Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
- Manage employee contracts, agreements, and sensitive information securely.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Support internal audits and maintain necessary documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide timely support.
- Manage employee communication and engagement initiatives.
- Support performance review processes and employee development programs.
- Continuously identify and implement improvements to HR processes, such as payroll, onboarding, and performance management.
- Support key training initiatives, including POSH and Manager Training.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in HR Generalist or People Operations roles.
- Prior experience in an early-stage startup environment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in managing payroll inputs, HRIS systems (specifically Keka), and ESOP processes.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- High proficiency in managing and analyzing large data sets in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
