Job Description:

Function: Technical Management - Product Management

Product Management:

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy Development:

- Collaborate with senior product managers to develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities.

Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform product decisions.

Product Development Support:

- Assist in defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and managing the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.

User Experience Enhancement:

- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.

Feature Prioritization and Roadmapping:

- Prioritize product features based on customer feedback, data analysis, and business objectives, and assist in maintaining product roadmaps and release schedules.

Data Analysis and Optimization:

- Utilize data analytics and KPIs to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize product features to drive user engagement and retention.

Requirements:

- An Engineering or Management Graduate/Post Graduate from a premier institute.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management is a must.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Proven track record of successfully managing product development projects from concept to launch.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools is preferred.

- A passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional user experiences.

- Past experience in an e-commerce or supply chain setup will earn you an extra brownie.

- 4+ years of core work experience.

- Experience and Understanding of the use of "CLEVERTAP"
