Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
- Onboard new partners and ensure smooth integration into our operational framework.
- Collaborate with partners to resolve operational issues and enhance performance.
- Analyze partner performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee and optimize delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Monitor delivery performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage delivery partner relationships and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Troubleshoot delivery-related issues and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and execute strategies for onboarding schools in South India.
- Build and maintain relationships with school administrators and key stakeholders.
- Conduct training and provide ongoing support to schools to ensure successful implementation of our platform/services.
- Manage the onboarding process and ensure all the necessary documentation is completed.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze operational data and generate reports to track performance and identify trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of operational plans.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues and provide timely support to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all operational activities.
- Work on city/cluster level operational improvements.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in operations, preferably in partnerships, delivery operations, or education.
Proven experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Partnership management with companies like Swiggy, Zomato, or Udaan at a city/cluster level.
- Delivery operations management with companies like DTDC, WheelsEye, or Rivigo.
- Experience in onboarding schools in South India within the EdTech sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast paced enviroment.
- Regional language skills related to south India, is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM and operational management software.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
- Familiarity with the EdTech industry
