Job Description:

- Preferred age 40 to 45 years.

- Basic Educational degree Engineer in the field of Mechanical or Electronics engineering with a CPSM or CSCP qualification.

- Experience Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience in the procurement department of an automotive OEM/Tier-1 supplier.

- Salary range (CTC) Per market rates.

- Desirable qualities- Non Technical 1. Analytical, dynamic, hard-working and focussed with ability to co-ordinate with different departments operating in a decentralized environment but with centralized control on all key matters.

- Adaptable to dynamic situations.

- Willing to be a part of procedure development.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a SAP environment.

- Ability to interact with multi-cultural teams and across time zones.

- Good negotiation and problem solving skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Spanish will be preferred.

- Knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP Ariba.

- Willingness to travel outside home base as and when required.

- Desirable qualities Domain a. Supply chain development, monitoring and evaluation.

- Contract management including for high-end software licences.

- Risk management in the procurement function.

- Theoretical and practical knowledge in import and export regulations.

- Working knowledge knowledge of GST and Foreign Exchange laws.
