Job Description
Vice President - Delivery
Job Description:
- 20+ years of experience in SAP consulting with a strong focus on delivery management within a functional SAP environment.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP implementation projects across various industries, with hands-on experience in managing multi-million-dollar engagements.
- Extensive experience in managing global delivery teams and working with cross-functional teams including offshore and nearshore teams.
- Prior experience in a leadership role such as Director or Vice President, with responsibility for SAP delivery in a large consulting organization.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HCM) and experience in overseeing the integration of these modules across enterprise landscapes.
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, with experience in cloud and on-premises implementations.
- Understanding of emerging SAP technologies (e.g., SAP Fiori, SAP Leonardo, SAP Analytics Cloud) and their application in modernizing business processes.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Proven ability to develop and execute delivery strategies that align with business objectives and drive profitability.
- Experience in stakeholder management at C-level, with the ability to communicate complex SAP solutions and delivery outcomes effectively.
- Exceptional project management skills with a deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Experience in establishing and monitoring KPIs to ensure continuous improvement in delivery performance.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities for account growth and new business development.
- Experience in pre-sales activities including proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and SAP partners.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts to optimize delivery outcomes.
