• Develop and execute strategies to optimize FI, CO, and PS functionalities across client projects, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.
• Oversee end-to-end S/4HANA implementation, ensuring on-time, quality delivery within budget.
• Proactively manage project risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive solutions.
• Serve as the primary client contact for FI,CO,PS modules, providing expert guidance and resolving complex issues.
• Translate client business needs into effective SAP solutions, leading workshops and design sessions to establish best practices.
• Design, architect, and ensure the scalability and maintainability of FI, CO, and PS solutions, adhering to industry standards.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Implement and enforce quality assurance practices, conducting regular reviews to ensure compliance and address project issues.
• Stay current with SAP S/4HANA advancements and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Manage budgets for FI, CO, PS module projects, ensuring resource optimization.
• Contribute to presales proposals, effort estimations, and the creation of content for branding and market awareness.
