Associate Director -SAP Logistics(PP+QM+PM/CS)

• Lead the SAP PP (Production Planning), QM (Quality Management), PM (Plant Maintenance), and CS (Customer Service) modules implementation and integration within the S4 Hana environment.
• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps aligning SAP functionalities with business objectives, ensuring efficient process flows and system optimization.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of SAP S4 Hana projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Provide expert guidance on the configuration, customization, and enhancement of SAP PP, QM, PM, and CS modules in the S4 Hana environment.
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through SAP S4 Hana functionalities, driving efficiency and productivity gains.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, map processes, and ensure SAP solutions meet business needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all SAP PP, QM, PM, and CS-related activities, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business stakeholders.
• Build and mentor a high-performing SAP team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence.
• Provide training and knowledge sharing on SAP best practices and new functionalities within the S4 Hana platform.
• Develop and manage the budget for SAP PP, QM, PM, and CS initiatives, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Monitor financial performance, adjusting as needed to align with organizational goals.
