CPQ & Integration Specialist - Salesforce (2-4 yrs)

Responsibilities :

CPQ Expertise :

- Configure and manage CPQ products, rules, and pricing structures to automate accurate quoting and product configuration.

- Design and implement workflows for the commerce process, including document generation and reporting.

- Utilize advanced BML queries, formulas, BOM (Bill of Materials), and Price Book functionalities to meet complex business requirements.

- Configure ATO (Assemble to Order) and PTO (Purchase to Order) models and integrate them with ERP fulfillment systems.

Integration Specialist:

- Develop and maintain web service integrations between CPQ, Salesforce (or other CRM systems), and ERP systems.

- Design and document technical specifications for integrations, ensuring clarity and maintainability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including onshore and offshore teams) to understand requirements and develop effective integration solutions.

Technical Skills :

- Utilize HTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, and SOAP web services for development and customization.

- Write BML code within CPQ to address complex customer requirements.

- Install and modify CPQ and ABO (Advanced Billing Options) packages as needed.

Communication & Collaboration :

- Effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful project outcomes.

- Work collaboratively in an onshore-offshore delivery model to achieve project goals.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing CPQ solutions (e.g , Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ).

- In-depth knowledge of CPQ functionalities, including product configuration, rules, pricing, and document generation.

- Experience with BML queries, formulas, BOM, and Price Book setup in CPQ.

- Understanding of ATO/PTO models and ERP integration concepts.

- Experience integrating CPQ with Salesforce or other CRM systems.

- Familiarity with ABO functionalities (a plus).

- Proven experience working in an onshore-offshore delivery model.

- Proficiency in HTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, and SOAP web services.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
