Senior Salesforce Consultant - Apex Programming (4-6 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce CRM and its various modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and customizing Salesforce solutions to meet our client's specific needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Salesforce Configuration : Configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including customizing objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows.

- Apex Development : Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages to extend Salesforce functionality.

- Integration : Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications using APIs and middleware.

- Data Migration : Migrate data from legacy systems to Salesforce.

- Testing and Quality Assurance : Perform thorough testing to ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce implementations.

- User Training and Adoption : Provide training to end-users on Salesforce features and best practices.

- Problem-Solving : Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues and errors.

- Project Management : Manage Salesforce projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.

- Stay Updated : Stay current with the latest Salesforce releases and best practices.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM implementation and customization.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce core concepts, including objects, fields, records, and workflows.

- Proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.

- Experience with Salesforce configuration, including profiles, roles, sharing rules, and validation rules.

- Knowledge of Salesforce integration with other systems (e., ERP, CRM).

- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and mobile development.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Salesforce certifications (e., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are a plus
